Product Description

This product is a hydrophilic product made of high-quality zinc stearate and various synergists. It is specially modified for better sanding effect in water-based wood paint, ink, paper, polishing materials and etc.

Features

6. Do not affect the water resistance and salt spray resistance of the paint film, and can be used as paint additive and auxiliary rust inhibitor for metal primer.

Application
1. The emulsion could be added in the final stage of the production process of eco-friendly water-based paint high-transparent primer.
Addition amount: 7%, disperse at 200-300r/min for 5-10 minutes. If there is too much foam, add 0.2% silicone defoamer.
2. The emulsion could be used in grinding apparatus.
3. The emulsion could be used in cement substrates and inorganic boards.
Addition amount: 10-12%. It will not cause silicon spots compared with other silicone additives. The finished products will keep long-term smooth and better feeling.
4. The emulsion could be used in rubber isolation. 1:10 mix with water before use.

Storage and Transportation
1. Indoor storage and temperature between 0 °C and 45 °C to avoid freezing ice or rapid volatilization of water. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
2. Do not stack together with strong acid or strong alkaline compounds to avoid chemical reaction between zinc stearate and leaked acid or alkali.
3. Sealed in its original packaging under appropriate conditions, it has storage stability for at least half a year. If it exceeds the effective storage period, it doesn't mean that the emulsion cannot be used, but it must be evaluated in the relevant applications to prove it's still effective.
4. Do not use this emulsion in acidic conditions.
