High Efficiency Low Alkali Accelerator Used in Concrete
Basic Description
SG-FSA is a high efficiency low alkali accelerator. It is an admixture to speed the setting time and thus cure time starts earlier, for the use in concrete, mortar, rendering or screeds. The main ingredient is aluminium sulfate (Al2(SO4)3). SG-FSA is featured in free of chlorine and low alkali, which makes no corrosion to steel. It enhance the performance of concrete in better adhesive, low rebound degree, no loss of long-term strength.

SG-FSA accelerator is available in 200L drum or 1000L IBC tank.
How To Use
1. SG-FSA is widely compatible with cement. Please make test to optimal dosage. The recommended dosage is 6 - 9% of the cement weight.
2. When SG-FSA is used in concrete, it is recommended to use less 10% water to mix the concrete, and use the reductive water to dilute the SG-FSA.
3. Add the SG-FSA in the spray nozzle.
4. It is recommended to increase the dosage when the cement has stored long time or bad construction conditions.
5. SG-FSA could be used together with high range water reducer to get better performance.
Storage and Shelf Life
Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Do not place this SG-FSA with alkali materials. Store in dry and cool warehouse conditions between 5 to 40 ºC (41 to 104 ºF)
Shelf life when stored properly in undamaged, unopened and original sealed packaging in storage conditions is 6 months.
