Chemical Usage:
YS-W1030 is an anionic fluoro surfactant used as wetting and leveling agent in water-based coatings, paints, inks, lubricants, and etc.
Advantages:
1. Most effectively reduce liquid coating's surface tension.
2. Offer excellent wetting and leveling to the paint film.
3. Help the formulator simplify the formulation by reducing the need of defoamer and improve overall film quality.
4.Reduce film tackiness and enhance oil repellency, and improve the chemical resistance.

Overview
The fluoro surfactant is able to reduce the substrate surface tension down-to less than 20 dynes. The excellent surface tension reduction make it unique compared with traditional organic based or silicone based agent. It provides great wettability and dispersion for water borne coatings.
With the addition level as low as 0.05% to 0.2%, you would get very good performance. Where strong cratering is an issue, fluoro surfactant should be tested.

How to use
In general, the recommended concentration is 0.05~0.2%.
Add in the latter part of the paint making with low-speed dispersion.
Packaging and Storage
This additive is usually packed in 25L drum.
Please keep it in a cool and dry place away from light, and the storage temperature should be 5-35ºC to keep the package intact.
The shelf life is 12 months.
The YS-W1030 fluoro surfactant is mainly used in water-based paints, coatings, inks, lubricants, and etc.
Packaging: 500ml bottle (sample), 25L drum, 200L drum, 1000L IBC tank.
