Fast Defoaming Polyether Defoamer for Ready-Mixed Concrete
1.Introduction
SG-XP01 and SG-XP02 are two modified polyether defoamer which are specially developed for gypsum based and cement based systems with strong defoaming and high anti-foaming performance. It fundamentally solves the problems of product appearance and enhances the apparent quality.
In the performance experiment of defoaming, it takes 10 to 15 seconds to eliminate foams to required level after shaking the measuring cylinder 10 times. It takes 30 to 40 seconds to eliminate foams to required level after shaking the measuring cylinder 100 times.
In the performance experiment of anti-foaming, the foam volume of the air drum for 30min was as low as 100-120ml.

This series defoamer is applied for all kinds of gypsum based and cement based systems, such as gypsum self-leveling, grouting material, and etc.
3.How to use
Add this defoamer into material, mix and stir evenly.
The recommended dosage is 0.03 - 0.1%. Actual dosage should be determined by debugging and testing according to different products and applications.
4.Packaging and Storage
Packaging in bag. Net weight 25±0.5Kg / bag.
Store in cool and dry circumstance. Avoid moisture and straight sunlight. Seal the bag if it's not used off.
Shelf life is 12 months.
