High-Efficiency Chemical Product Powder Waterproofing Agent for Cement
Basic Description
TZ- FS is a new type waterproof material with good permeability crystallinity. It will provide the hardened concrete with a high watertight- ness and excellent resistance to frost. When used in mortar, the dosage of TZ-FS is about 2% according to the weight of cement. Blend the agent with cement and sand, then mix with water. When used in concrete, the dosage of TZ-FS is about 0.3-0.5% according to the weight of cementitious material. Blend the agent with cement, sand and gravel, then mix with water.

Applications
- Most applications requiring watertight concrete such as basement walls and floors, tanks, pools, pipes, tunnels etc.
- Underground civil projects like bridges, dams, hydropower stations and etc.
- Concrete blocks and bricks
Application Conditions
Substrate: Make the substrate clear, clean and flat. Grind the surface to a certain roughness.
Circumstance: Construction temperature at 5 - 35ºC. The substate temperature should be at least 5ºC higher than the air. The relative humidity should be between 30 - 80%.
Ventilation: Keep ventilation during construction. But stop at strong breeze.

Storage and Shelf Life
Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
Store in dry and cool warehouse conditions between -30 to 90 ºC. Shelf life in storage conditions is 5 years.
*Notice: This product is easy soluble in water. Avoid any contact with water, moisture or rain.

TZ-FS does not contain dangerous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It's suggested when meeting following issues.
- Use plenty of water to wash when contact with skin or eyes.
- Sweep up and shovel into suitable containers for disposal when leakage happens.
- Dispose according to local, state and federal laws and regulation
