Product Description


SG-61 is a high efficiency and eco-friendly foaming agent. The generated foam by this agent is stable, high toughness and equally distributed. Millions closed pores will seal large amount of air in the interior to reduce bulk density. The spherical thin shell structure forms an inert heat conduction layer which effectively improves the thermal insulation of the product.

Features
1. The generated foam has high strength and good toughness which will reduce the foam loss.
2. The foam is small and stable which will fully fill the product and will not cause collapse.
3. The closed-cell rate can reach more than 90% in interior product which make it good thermal insulation performance.
4. Good solubility. No stratification or precipitation after 24 hours diluted in water.
5. Wide compatibility with various cements. No harmful substances.

How to use
Weigh certain amount of this agent, add water to dilute 50 - 80 times, and mix them equally. Use an air generator for foaming. Put the foam in the well-mixed cement slurry according to predetermined amount, and stir evenly. Finally, send the foamed slurry to a molding machine.

Packaging and Storage
Flextank, 50L plastic bucket, 200L plastic bucket or IBC tank.
Store in cool circumstance. Avoid straight sunlight.
Shelf life is 12 months.
