1.Instruction   
                                                                                                                                                                                             

HPMC-400 is specially developed and produced for gypsum based self-leveling system. It's a kind of etherification polymer made by vegetable fibre reaction. It's low viscosity and high methoxy content. It disperses quickly in cold water as an instant material. After adding HPMC-400, the solution will quickly reach the required viscosity within 1 - 2 minutes with good stability. The solution is not affected by the pH value and has excellent enzyme resistance.


2.Features

Easy to mix with and fast dispersion in cold water will help the self-leveling system to obtain the required consistency.
Solid particles in material will be suspended after adding HPMC-400, which will make the self-leveling system more smooth and uniform, enhance the fluidity and pumpability, and improve the construction efficiency.
Provide suitable viscosity for self-leveling system, improve self-healing ability and enhance water retention, which will greatly reduce the shrinkage and cracking.
Excellent film-forming and bonding property, which will make the performance of self-leveling molding better.

5.How to use

Add to the self-leveling system, mix and stir evenly.  
The recommended dosage is 0.02 - 0.08%. Actual dosage should be determined by debugging and testing according to different products and applications.


6.Packaging and Storage

Packaging in paper-plastic composite bag. Net weight 25 kg / bag.
Store in dry circumstance. Avoid moisture and straight sunlight. Seal the bag if it's not used off.
Shelf life is 12 months.
