1.Introduction

With special Gemini structure and high fluorine content, YS-W1030 fluoro wetting agent can significantly reduce the surface tension of aqueous systems, improve the substrate wettability, and effectively solve the problems of shrinkage and crater.

3.How to use

The surface tension can be significantly reduced at a dosage of 0.1% of YS-W1030.
For example: emulsion 50% + water 50% + YS-W1030 1.2%, the surface tension is determined to be 16-18dyn/cm. In general, the recommended dosage is 0.05~0.2%.
In the production process, it can be added in the latter part of the paint making with low-speed dispersion. If necessary, it can also be added by hand (for first aid on the painting site).

4.Safety

This product is free of PFOA, PFOS, PFHxS and their derivatives.


5.Packaging and Storage
The product should be packed in a 25kg plastic drum. Please keep it in a cool and dry place away from light, and the storage temperature should be 5-35ºC to keep the package intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
